Amazing staff made me feel right at home—big shoutout to Irin! The room was lekker, with stunning decor that really captures the spirit of Kerala. Enjoyed brekkie with the best local flavors, proper tasty!

The rooftop pool could do with a bit of a vibe check—was a bit too quiet for my liking.

Despite the excellent service, the carpets in the hallways were quite old and dusty, which affected the overall cleanliness of the place.

The stay was pleasant, especially considering we were at the airport for just one night. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a variety of tasty options that left a good impression. The room was comfortable and spacious, and the complimentary airport transfer was a big bonus. I particularly enjoyed the calm atmosphere, which was refreshing after a long journey. One little thing to note, though, is that it's located across from airport fuel storage, but it didn't disrupt our experience too much.

I was very disappointed with the food quality at Lila’s Kitchen. it really lacked variety and flavor. The sight of the head chef loitering around the lobby, seemingly off-duty, was utterly unprofessional and off-putting. I honestly felt misled by the hotel's dining options and had to venture out to nearby restaurants for decent meals.

I had a very pleasant stay at Tribute Portfolio. The hotel's design was striking, with beautiful architecture that truly captures the spirit of the area. The complimentary breakfast buffet was impressive, featuring a large spread of tasty options. The staff were exceptional in their professionalism throughout my visit.

The carpets in the hallways were noticeably old and dusty, much to my discomfort, particularly as I have allergies. Requested a room change due to these conditions but was denied, which affected my overall experience. Housekeeping was lacking. my room was not cleaned during my stay, and I received a confusing note indicating a do-not-disturb status that was never applied. the octopus millefeuille offered at the restaurant stood out as a delightful dish.
